This excursion offers the possibility to the traveler to admire two of the most in interesting and astonishing sights of Kefalonia in a 3-hour trip. At first we visit the underground lake of Melissani where you can enjoy a boat ride in the lake and and listen to the stories that the boatmen are willing to tell you. The interplays of the light and water as the first enters through the collapsed roof will fascinate you while the geological formations with millions of years old stalagmites and stalactites will leave you fascinated. Then after a 30 minute driving you will have the opportunity to take some photos at the balcony of Kefalonia, above Myrtos beach with the breathtaking view. The ideal way to make a half scenic route of the island and take a close look at its beauties.
Your guide will be waiting for you outside our main office “NK Travel” which is located just a few meters away from the port of Argostoli. At the end of the excursion you will be dropped off directly at the port always on time. You can easily spot our office location by taking a look at the map provided in our site.
Please bring with you a pair of dry clothes to change after your swimming stop at Myrtos beach. Sun cream and a hut are also recommendable.
